2026 Hope Award Honorees

Mike Blair
former EVP Senior Creative Director at GSD&M

The Baha'i Faith

About the Honorees:

We are honored to welcome Mike Blair, former EVP Senior Creative Director at GSD&M, as our honoree and guest speaker. Mike is widely recognized for helping pioneer the iconic Don’t Mess With Texas campaign. He helped Roy Spence write Amazing Faiths of Texas, and wrote Lift the Day, a book of poems created to lift spirits in trying times. Beyond his distinguished career at GSD&M, through philanthropy and service on the boards of local nonprofits, he has elevated stories rooted in purpose, values, and unity—stories that deeply align with our mission.

iACT will also honor the Bahá’ís of Austin for their commitment to advancing the oneness of humankind and sharing a unifying vision for the future of society. Guided by the teachings of the Bahá’í Faith, the Austin Bahá’í community works to eliminate all forms of prejudice and to foster greater understanding, belonging, and connection across our community.
