By purchasing ticket(s) and/or table(s) for Boots & BBQ, I agree:
- Participation in the event includes possible exposure to an illness from infectious diseases including but not limited to COVID-19. While particular rules and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of illness does exist;
- To comply with any local ordinances that may be in place and any COVID-19-related procedures that may be required by the event facility and/or the City of Austin designed to protect the health and safety of staff and attendees; and
- To indemnify and hold harmless The Arc of Texas from all claims arising from COVID-19 that may occur as a result of my participation in the event.
The health and safety of our attendees and staff is our priority. We want you to feel comfortable attending this year’s event. If the event is rescheduled, your tickets will be valid for the rescheduled event.
