The property is currently on the market for sale. We encourage you to utilize the two-night stay as soon as possible, unless you want to buy it and then it's yours any time you want! We will give you as much advance notice as possible when a buyer is going under contract.  Memorial Day and July 4th weekends are excluded. Expires December 31, 2024 or upon sale of ranch in which notice will be given.
