Magik Theatre reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove or decline any name displayed on a memorial plaque if continued association with the named individual, or those connected to them, is determined to be inconsistent with the Theatre’s values or may reasonably result in harm to its reputation, community relationships, or public trust. Decisions regarding such removals will be made by Theatre leadership in alignment with its mission and commitment to serving the community.

Your name will remain on the chair for as long as the chair is in use, unless removal is required under the circumstances described above.

We will do our best to keep all plaques in good condition; however, with regular use, some wear or damage may occur over time. While we will address issues as we are able, immediate repair or replacement cannot be guaranteed.

Put your name, the name of a loved one, or your family's name on a seat in the Orchestra.
